At BikeBloom.com, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and franchise partners. However, we understand that there may be situations where cancellations or refunds are necessary. Below is our detailed policy for cancellations and refunds:


Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Bookings

    • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
      • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
      • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
    • Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
      • If a service is canceled by BikeBloom.com due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  2. Franchise Applications

    • Franchise applicants can cancel their application within 7 days of submission for a full refund, provided no agreements or services have been initiated.
    • No cancellations will be entertained after agreements are signed or services are initiated.

Refund Policy

  1. Bike Services

    • Refunds for canceled services will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
    • For partially completed services, refunds will be prorated based on the extent of work completed.
  2. Franchise Fee

    • If a franchise application is canceled within the stipulated 7-day period, the refund will be processed after deducting a processing fee of 10% of the application amount.
    • No refunds will be provided after the initiation of franchise services or upon the execution of the franchise agreement.
  3. eBike Purchases or Rentals (if applicable)

    • Refunds for eBike purchases will be subject to our return policy (outlined separately).
    • Rental cancellations follow the same rules as general service cancellations.

Exceptions

  • Refunds or cancellations will not be processed for:
    • Services already rendered or completed.
    • Franchise agreements in progress or fully executed.
    • Situations where the delay or cancellation was caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and it is the user’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
